Senior Associate Kate Brett promoted to Partner
We are delighted to announce that Kate Brett has been promoted from Senior Associate to Partner.
Kate trained at Anthony Gold in 2007, before joining Hughes Fowler Carruthers in 2009, and being made a Senior Associate in 2014.
In Kate’s twelve years of experience within the family law sector, she has been involved in and advised on a wide range of family-divorce matters, including complex offshore corporate and trust entities, the tax consequences of divorce or separation, inheritance and pensions, international relocation, same-sex divorce, disputes involving children and negotiating pre and post-nuptial agreements.
