Prior to joining Hughes Fowler Carruthers Bryan trained at a city law firm where he gained experience in commercial property, trusts, contentious probate and family law.
Upon qualification in 2010, Bryan joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers and since then has amassed a wealth of experience, which includes High Court and Court of Appeal reported cases. Bryan was appointed to the partnership in April 2018.
Bryan is ranked in the leading legal directories and is featured in the Spear’s Family Law Index’s ‘Recommended Family Lawyers’ list. Chambers UK 2024 and Chambers HNW 2023 reconfirm his ranking as an ‘Up and Coming’ solicitor. Chambers HNW 2022 commends Bryan as “hard working and extraordinarily diligent… so thorough, client-friendly and goes above and beyond.” The guide also recognises that “he is extremely numerate, he comes up with great solutions to problems and he’s also extremely clever.” The Legal 500 UK 2024 notes that he is a “masterful tactician.”
