Jasmine re-joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers in April 2024 after completing her Master of Laws, including the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations, at The University of Law. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2024.

Jasmine advises on all aspects of family law ranging from divorce and financial remedy matters to children matters, often with multi-jurisdictional elements. She also advises on enforcement of financial remedy orders and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.

Many of Jasmine’s financial remedy matters involve international assets, dynastic wealth, and complex corporate structures. She has also dealt with issues of non-disclosure and hidden wealth in several cases. On matters involving children, Jasmine works on a range of cases including finalising arrangements for children following the breakdown of a relationship between unmarried and married parents.

She works with a wide range of clients, including business owners, private equity professionals, homemakers, high net worth individuals and ultra-high net worth individuals. She works with clients to achieve the best outcome whether through litigation or settlement outside of court.

Alongside Caroline Park, Jasmine has co-authored articles in Tatler, WealthBriefing, and eprivateclient, which examine the financial and reputational risks of non-disclosure in ultra-high net worth divorce cases.
