Raphaela joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers in 2024 after qualifying as a solicitor in 2021.
Raphaela advises on all aspects of high net worth family law, including financial disputes following divorce, pre and post nuptial agreements and private children law matters. She has particular experience in cases involving significant international assets, including offshore companies and foreign bank accounts.
Raphaela trained at an international family law firm, before qualifying in 2021. She joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers in 2024.
Raphaela is a native German speaker, having grown up in Austria.
