Partner Renato Labi has spoken at ThoughtLeaders4’s International HNW Divorce & Children Summit, which is taking place from 1-2 July in Cascais, Portugal.

Renato discussed the planning for the enforcement of awards and orders during divorce proceedings, delving into international enforcement mechanisms and how parties can navigate the challenges of jurisdictional conflicts and locating and recovering assets hidden across borders.
