Partners Alex Carruthers and Mark Harper will speak at ThoughtLeaders4 HNW Divorce’s virtual event, which will take place on Wednesday 20 May from 12.00pm – 1.00pm, via Zoom.

Divorce can be particularly troublesome for trustees, who can find themselves in a difficult position when a beneficiary of a discretionary trust divorce. Alex and Mark will provide the family law perspective on trust litigation and trust divorce, particularly in the English courts, and will note action points for family lawyers. They will then participate in the event’s Q&A session and provide their final thoughts at the end of the event.
