Frances Hughes is once again chairing the upcoming IBC 2nd Annual Family Law Summit on 22 September 2015. IBC has assembled a distinguished speaker line-up for this event, including our partners Alex Carruthers and Mark Harper.

The 2015 Summit boasts senior level expert speakers from across the spectrum of family law chosen for their expertise, knowledge and standing within the industry, and topics covered will include finances, children, valuation issues in pre-nuptial agreements, tax tips in divorce, and the practical issues affecting family law following the result of the general election.

As Chair of the event, Frances Hughes will be acting as a moderator for several of the discussions, including ‘Talking Heads: Leaders of Family Law’ and ‘Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration’, in which Mark Harper will also be speaking on litigation. In addition, Alex Carruthers is moderating the session on variation of nuptial settlements, ‘Family vs Chancery: Variation of Nuptial Settlement – the Next Big Battle’.
