Partner Lauren Deane has spoken at the first session of ThoughtLeaders4’s 3rd Annual HNW Divorce Next Gen Summit, held in London on 13 March.

Lauren discussed how the matrimonialisation of assets has been dealt with in various cases in the wake of the Court of Appeal’s decision in Standish, examining in particular the judgment’s influence on the division of assets in HNW cases.

She spoke alongside Thomas Harvey of 1 Hare Court, and Olalla Garcia-Arreciado of Howard Kennedy.
