Partner Mark Harper is today speaking at the first annual Practitioner’s Forum on Trusts in Divorce, hosted by ThoughtLeaders4.

Mark will be speaking on a panel entitled ‘Insights into deciding if a trust is a nuptial settlement’, which will cover how the court determines whether a structure counts as a relevant settlement, if a non-nuptial trust can later be nuptialised, and the impact on other beneficiaries.

The Forum is an in-person event at The Dilly in London and brings together trust and family lawyers to address the intricate issues arising from trusts in divorce.
