Partner Mark Harper recently spoke at the STEP Europe Conference 2025, which took place in Cyprus from 23-24 October.

The event welcomed trust and estate practitioners from across the continent, and featured keynote speeches, panels and debates addressing novel topics and crossing several jurisdictional perspectives.

Mark spoke in an engaging panel titled ‘Love Actually…needs a lawyer: prenups, trusts, and cross-border divorce in common law and civil law systems’. The panel was moderated by Alberto Perez Cedillo TEP of Alberto Perez Cedillo Spanish Lawyers & Solicitors Ltd, and Mark spoke alongside Alberto and Raphaelle Svara of CMS Monaco.
