Partner Mark Harper is today speaking at the Trusts in Divorce Annual Practitioner’s Forum, hosted by ThoughtLeaders4 HNW Divorce.

Mark will be speaking at the session titled ‘Highlighting key disclosure factors during divorce proceedings’, which will look at what to do when matters of privilege arise, third party disclosure orders, which order to apply for and when, and the duty of disclosure. Mark will be joined by Clementine Dowley of Payne Hicks Beach, Joanna Poole of Farrer & Co, and Duncan Brooks KC of QEB.

The Forum is an in-person event at The Clermont in London and brings together trust and family lawyers to address the intricate issues arising from trusts in divorce.
