Partner Mark Harper this week spoke at a panel session hosted by Sotheby’s titled ‘The Art of Divorce’.

The expert panel discussed how art and other chattels are dealt with on divorce, and the best strategies for family lawyers and other private client professionals to protect their clients’ interests when it comes to such assets.

Mark was joined by Nicola Wallace, barrister at 4PB and Rachel Reilly, Head of Valuations at Sotheby’s. The panel was moderated by Julian Washington, Head of Tax, Heritage and UK Museums and Fiduciary Client Group, Europe.

The session was held on 15 October at Sotheby’s, London.
