Partner Mark Harper spoke at the ThoughtLeaders4 HNW Divorce Litigation Flagship conference 2025 in London.

Mark spoke on the panel titled ‘Highlighting Recent Updates and Developments in Nuptial Agreements’, which analysed important case law from the past 12 months, agreements for cohabitees and international agreements.

Mark was joined by Suzanne Todd of Withers, Lauren Brolly of Sinclair Gibson, Christopher Pocock KC of 1KBW and Susie Mountain of Brodies.
