Mark Harper will be speaking at this year’s annual Legal Week Trust and Estates Litigation Forum in Provence in France on 10th March 2017.

This year marks the 11th conference, which is to be held at the Terre Blanche Hotel in the Provencal countryside, where a range high profile guests will enjoy in the exchange of knowledge and discussion of industry developments.

Mark will be part of an interactive focus group on the second day of this three-day event, in a session that will focus on the enforcement of divorce court orders against foreign trust and corporate structures, within Europe and offshore.
