Partner Caroline Park was recently interviewed by Spear’s Magazine regarding how family law is going to change.

Caroline commented:

“I think arbitration is the thing that’s going to really change the landscape. To begin with, people have been dipping their toes in the water… but when you look at the number of cases that were arbitrated per year it’s gone up very substantially. I also think arbitration will lead to an explosion of private dispute resolution.”
