Partners Alex Carruthers and Mark Harper to attend the IAFL European Chapter Meeting
Partners Alex Carruthers and Mark Harper will be attending the International Association of Family Lawyers European Chapter Meeting. The meeting will be held from 11 to 15 May in Athens, Greece.
Mark, co-chair of the IAFL Athens Education Programme, will also be hosting an interview with Konstantinos Stavropoulos and Dr Konstantinos Rokas on family law in modern Greece, including major reforms governing the protection of children’s rights and the introduction of shared parenting as a legal presumption in Greek family law – the first major reform of Greek family law since 1983.
IAFL is a worldwide association of practising lawyers who are recognised by their peers as the most experienced and skilled family law specialists in their respective countries.
