No-fault divorce law is welcome. Ministers have revived plans to introduce no-fault divorce after a bill was scuppered by the general election and the suspension of Parliament.

Renato Labi commented: “This is extremely good news, and a relief to virtually the entire legal profession who think that the existing, antiquated divorce process causes unnecessary acrimony for separating couples and their families”.
