Amelia joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers upon qualification as a solicitor in 2023.
Amelia advises on all areas of family law arising from the breakdown of a marriage including divorce, financial remedy proceedings and private law children matters. She also advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Amelia already has a great deal of experience working on cases involving financial disputes, and issues concerning children, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, civil partnerships, and international family law.
Amelia works with Mark Harper who says she is “confident, incisive, and knowledgeable”.
