Emma joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers in 2020 after qualifying as a family solicitor at a London law firm in 2018.
Emma works hard to help clients achieve the best possible result on a wide range of family matters including divorce, financial remedies and issues relating to children. She has been involved in a number of reported cases with international elements.
Emma understands the emotional impact separation can have on a family and is skilled at handling sensitive matters. She strives to conduct matters in a constructive way and, where appropriate, to resolve cases out of court. However, when this is not possible, Emma is a strategic and effective litigator.
Emma works with a number of partners. Alex Carruthers describes her as “A very effective operator. She has already gained significant experience in complicated and difficult cases”.
