Joseph joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers in 2015 after qualifying as a family solicitor in 2013.
Joseph specialises in legal issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship. His work covers all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private law children matters and cohabitation disputes.
Joseph is experienced in dealing with international cases and those involving trusts, high value assets, family businesses and complex share schemes.
Joseph also has expertise dealing with private law children disputes including matters relating to living arrangements, contact disputes, international child abduction, international relocation and financial applications.
Joseph advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements for an array of clients with assets throughout the world.
Joseph is an astute and diligent litigator but is equally adept at reaching solutions through negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
Joseph’s clients come from all walks of life but he primarily acts for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals, including several individuals in the public eye who wish to keep their family matters private.
