Joe joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers in 2018 after qualifying as a family solicitor in 2015.

Joe acts for a wide range of clients based domestically and abroad. His work covers all aspects of private family law, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private law children matters and financial disputes between unmarried couples.

Joe’s financial cases typically involve high value assets, businesses, trusts, and international elements. In addition, he regularly advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Joe also has considerable expertise dealing with private law children disputes including those relating to living arrangements, international relocation and financial support.

Joe is an experienced litigator but is equally adept at reaching solutions through negotiation, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Joe adopts a thorough and strategic approach to every case, whilst keeping sight of the end goal in order to achieve the best outcome for his clients.

Joe works exclusively with Caroline Park, who describes him as “rigorous, considered and insightful when advising clients”.
