Nicola joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers upon qualification as a solicitor in 2022.
Nicola advises on all areas of family law arising from the breakdown of a marriage including divorce, financial remedy proceedings and private law children matters. She also advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Nicola already has a great deal of experience working on complex financial dispute cases, involving offshore assets and trust structures, as well as private law children matters involving serious allegations of domestic abuse.
Nicola works with Renato Labi, Bryan Jones and Kate Brett who say she has “a sophisticated and mature understanding of cases beyond her years of qualification”.
