Rachael joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers in 2022 after qualifying as a solicitor in 2018.
Rachael advises on all areas of family law arising from the breakdown of a marriage including divorce, financial remedy proceedings and private law children matters. She also advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Prior to joining Hughes Fowler Carruthers, Rachael worked at an international corporate law firm. Her previous experience of working for corporate clients as well as directors allows her to bring a sense of commerciality to her cases.
Rachael has experience working for a range of clients including ultra high net worth individuals whose assets are held in a variety of structures and located in multiple jurisdictions.
Rachael works with Mark Harper who says she has “great client skills and gets to the heart of the problem very quickly”.
