Liam joined Hughes Fowler Carruthers after qualifying as a family solicitor at a central London law firm in 2016.
Liam deals with all aspects of financial remedies cases on the breakdown of a marriage, often where there are disputes of a complex financial or international nature. He has been involved in a number of reported cases.
Liam also regularly advises on private law children matters including relocation applications, residence and contact disputes, parental alienation and financial provision for unmarried parents.
Although many of his cases settle through negotiation, Liam is a shrewd and proactive litigator when proceedings are necessary.
Liam works exclusively for Renato Labi, who describes him as “excellent” with a “broad mix of complex financial and children experience” to which he brings “dedication and a flair for problem-solving”.
